Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

alamony

The divorce decree has limitations due to me receiving alamony. I want to live with my boyfriend, but I will loose alamony payments. How can I work around this?

Re: alamony

From what you write, it seems to be clear to you that you can not have this cake and eat it too. Perhaps if you have a lawyer review the decree and your particular circumstances there will be some way for you to get what you need without losing what you want. You need to decide whether it is so clear cut that paying a lawyer to review the matter and discuss it with you is not cost effective.
