Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i am looking for alegal form to release my intrest in a sum of money that was awarded in a divorce decree..i have asked my x-wife to remove a lien that she has with the attorney general on a property that i need to sell and she has agreed as long as i give her some form that guarantees that i will release all claims to the moneys awarded me in the decree.i need some sort of answer as soon as possible...thank you
