Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Alias name

Can a marriage be anulled if the man used a fake name? We did have 2 children together, whom he hasn't seen in almost 10 years, and they carry this name as well. Is this marriage even legal? He doesn't go by this name anymore either. I now wish to remarry and am unsure of what my options are.

Anullment usually means that the marriage was brief and not consummated. You can get a divorce.
