Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Alienation of affection

What are my legal rights as a person whom has been married for almost 17 years, and my husband has an affair. this affair has wrecked my marriage, i had to quit my job over it. it has also torn up my childrens lives. this woman knew that we were married, she did not care, she said that it was just a number (the 17 years of marriage) and that the kids would get over it. what kind of charges could be filed on her in the state of texas? and also what chance is there for a victory??? any advice welcomed...thank you...

Re: Alienation of affection

The State of Texas removed alienation of affection years ago.

In your divorce you might qualify for a disproportionate share of the community estate based on "fault" divorce.

If you live in the Houston area, our deposit is $990 with weekly payments thereafter.

Good luck!
