Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

alienation

IS there such a law now called the Loving and Caring act where the custodial parent can not keep the children from the non-custodial parent, or they would be held in contempt of court? Also,I heard that this law does not allow the custodial parent to talk negative about the other parent and has to allow the children to keep personal effects from the non-custodial parent? Is it called alienation if they do not allow the chidren this right?

Re: alienation

The Texas Family Code (which is available on line) does not have a clause called the "Loving and Caring Act".

That said, often we include a paragraph about not talking bad about the other parent or allowing others to do so in the presence of the child.
