Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Alienation

Parent has brainwashed child, refuses to allow contact. Judge will hear why there is refusal for custody and talking to child. Parent will ask for child to speak to judge, what can I do since child is under undue stress and emotional head game?

Make a motion to have the child examined by a psychologist. You would have to pay for that of course. Good Luck.
