Alimony vs. Debt

If a business that no longer exist filled bankruptcy (6 years ago) after a divorce (married 5 yrs) if that business was liable for payment under the Agreement Incident to Divorce labeled Alimony for the sake of the court can it still be recovered by the creditor (the ex-spouse)?

Spousal support payments are generally not dischargeble in bankruptcy.
