Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

alimony

Hi,

I have been married for 25 years and I have not been working since then. I am not employed and my husband took over all the bank account and no property is under my name. We may end getting divorce, and if we do, am I eligible for any alimony? What will happen to all his earning during our 25 years of marriage?

You definately need to meet with an experinced family law attorney immediately.
