I'm not sure what you are asking.
The TX A G office should arrange for the parents and the children to be DNA tested.
If a judge has already declared the man to be the father of the children, it might be too late.
If you want a consultation, I charge $1 per minute ($30 minimum).
My representations for TX A G start at $450 per court appearance plus time for filing pleadings, etc.
