Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Amend a Rule 11
A Rule 11 changing visitation days was filed with the court, however the attorneys entered the wrong overnight weekday. The two parties are now without representation, but want to agree to change the one day. How can an amendment to the Rule 11 be filed and how should it be worded?

Re: Amend a Rule 11
If you are entering into Rule 11 Agreements this is not a case you should be trying to handle yourself. Really, no case that involves children is.
You really need a new attorney. Yes, it will cost money now, but it will save you money and pain in the long run.
Feel free to call my office if you would like to discuss your situation. I do not charge for initial consultations.
