If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of twenty days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you. Said petition was filed on the 22nd day of September, 2008. Issued under my hand and seal of said court on this day 23rd of September, A.D. 2008.

Re: First Amended Counterpetition for Enforcement

Do you have an attorney? It sounds like you started this and that it's been going on for awhile since you were served with an Amended Answer and an Amended Counterpetition.

Without knowing when you were served there is no way to calculate when your Answer (if any) is due. You should really consider hiring an attorney!
