Amended Petition

I was told at my local court house today that I need an Amended Petition to be able to re-file for my divorce, but I can't find one any where. Can you please help me find one?

Do you know what to amend? Do you know how to amend it?

Amended Petitions are normally drafted in attorney's offices.
