what annual amount will courts use?

my husband made 156,000.00 annually last year and now says he only makes 93600.00 annually will courts average last 3 years or will they use his ''now reported amount''

The court will use whatever is proven. What proof does he have that the makes only $93600? What proof do you have that he makes $156,000. This is all subject to proof. Is your husband minimizing his income to avoid paying child support? Do you have any proof? What is your lawyer doing for you?
