Technically, it could be ordered in a circumstance of domestic violence, however it would be nearly impossible to establish.

Are you asking about alimony (spousal support) or an annulment of your marriage? I agree that it is highly unlikely that you could qualify for any kind of spousal support after only a month of marriage. It is also highly unlikely that you can qualify for an annulment. The criteria for an annulment are very narrow. Divorces and annulments cost almost the same, and you don't have to have any reason for getting a divorce other than your desire for one. You should talk to a good family law attorney in your area and go over your specific situation with him or her.
