If my daughter was married in (Liberty County) Cleveland, Texas and has been married for 7 weeks and is seeking an annulment where does she file for the annulment since she resides in Marshall, Texas while attending college.

Re: annulment

An annulment is for a fundamental fraud in the marriage and is usually only available if the marriage has not been consummated. She might have to get a divorce.
