Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I had an annulment two weeks ago and the annulment was granted because the marriage was fraud, but the marriage is still on record so I was wondering how long the court or the state of Texas takes to take the marriage off record because it never excisted, Thank you.

You'll want to make sure that the appropriate reporting form was filed with the Bureau of Vital Statistics in Austin. Technically, there is no "record" for the state of Texas to "take it off of;" the judgment of annulment is an order that the marriage never existed, but that doesn't "erase" any records of the previous existence of the marriage.
