Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Anullment in Texas

My husband and I were married about 2 months ago. He never told me (just let me find out on the honeymoon) that he is impotent and refuses to see a doctor about it. I'm so upset about his prior knowledge (and other things he failed to tell me) I never moved in with him. I know from doing some research that impotency is grounds for anullment--which is much preferred to divorce. Do I have to present a physician's diagnosis to ''prove'' the impotency claim? Thanks.

No.

Your husband would have to contest the grounds for the annulment.

Good luck!
