Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello, I'm Arnoldo and I live illegally and get married in Houston Tx just to get legal papers(thing that did not happen) years ago.

Now I live in Mexico and can't go back to US (not deported) and we don't have children's or house or car, etc any related.

How can I get the divorce papers?

Where does your spouse live? If in Texas, either of you can file for divorce.

There is a free website www.texaslawhelp.org with free divorce forms.

You might need a Texas attorney to help you with the paperwork if your wife won't cooperate.

I would look on this website and on www.avvo.com for a family law attorney in the county where your wife lives.
