Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i was arrested for domestic assault, my wife divorced me and obtained two protective orders, one for her and one for the children. Both have expired and I am about to strt paying child support again. What are my legal rights s far as visiting my children?

You should be able to get visiation, but the amount and whether supervised or not depends on what happened that caused the Protective Orders to be granted. You do not automatically lose visitation rights because there is a Protective Order unless your visiation was restricted in the Protective Order which you say has expired. Depending on the documents on file, you may need to file a modification request with the court to reestablish visitation. It is difficult to say without seeing the entire file.
