Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was arrested and put in jail due to a domestic violence call. My husband called 911 and the police came promptly and arrested me. I was put in jail for the night and he bailed me out the next day. Now I am charged with domestic violence even though I did not contact him in any way just an argument. How can I get out of this because he doesn't want to press charges against me? The police did not ask him if he was hurt or in pain.

He can file an affidavit of non-prosecution.
