Artificial Insemination

My friend is interested in being a sperm donor for me, but is concerned that I will sue him later for child support. Do you have any cases, current or past that I could reference for him, about anyone being sued that was a known sperm donor? He wants to see if anyone else was successfully sued by the birth mother.

I do not know of any cases but I suspect that if you sued for child support, you would win. His concern appears to be well founded.
