Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

asset settlement

I had a final court hearing on our assets. She did not show up, but her attorney was therer and I and her made a settlement through her attorney. He was to get her to sign and return to the court. That was two months ago judy gave him 10 days. What course of action do I have.
