Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
need assistance enforcing a divorce decree
My husband and I divorced 2 yrs ago (in TX.). I was awarded--name removed--$7000.00 settlement, half of his 401k,--name removed--car that is still in his possesion and $200.00/mos spousal support. I have not recieved any of these things. How can I ensure that he complies. I could use the assistance now and I have been nice and patient but am getting to the end of my patience level. I can't really afford legal fees. I am single with 4 kids (1 is special needs). He complains of the chil support but I was able to get that one going. I would appreciate any help or direction I could get. Thank you so much!!! :)

Re: need assistance enforcing a divorce decree
You need a motion to enforce. Let's see, you're $10,000 in arrears, getting nowhere and you can't afford legal fees. If you want my assistance in this matter, contact me by email.
