Assualt

A friend of mine video taped my ex husband and i fighting. The DA has been calling her wanting the videos. If she does not send them can she get in trouble? There are no charges being pressed on him by me, but the State is trying to prosecute him instead.

This isn't really a family law question. This is a criminal law question. Your friend needs to get her own advice from her own attorney.

Without a subpoena, she is not obligated to supply the videos. She should talk to an attorney regarding the details of the situation, so that she is not charged with Hindering Prosecution.
