Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I attended court for child support and a defalt judgement was filed against the father for no show three times. He recently served me with papers sueing me for a new trial. I am suppose to file an answer with the clerk within twenty days and my court date is next tuesday. Do I file an answer and if so what does that mean or do I just show for court which is less that twenty days
