attorney conflict

Can I speak to an attorney that is representing the other party i am in court with if I dont have an attorney?

if the attorney will talk to you, no reason why not. I'll talk to anybody who is civil and understands the basics of what has to get done. But the opposing attorney cannot give you legal advice about your position.
