There are any number of attorneys that are capable of handling lawsuits in an aggressive fashion. I suggest you review the State Bar website for board certified attorneys in your area and interview several before making your decision.

You can expect to be quoted a significant retainer figure and hourly rate when you hire a lawyer, particularly after stating your expectations. That lawyer will also expect to be promptly paid for his/her services and costs expended when the retainer has been exhausted - probably via charges to a credit card.

You should be sure you are financially prepared to take on the tasks mentioned in your note - it is likely to be expensive.
