Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Attorney General gave me child support money that was owed. Now they want their money back. They claim I was given wrong information. I don't know what to believe anymore. Do I have any defense?

Ignore the Attorney General, unless they actually SERVE you with process.

What I mean is: Don't respond. Don't write back. Nothing.

They will try to bully you first - threatening letters; setting up meetings at their offices (DON'T GO); etc.

If a JUDGE in a COURTROOM tells you that you have to give back the money, then you have to give back the money.
