Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Attorney general ?????

Non custodial parent dilquent on child support payments almost 15,000 he was ordered to pay me 6000 within 30 days. Or else well the losser decided to start sending his regular payment. I dont get it so all these months i have been struggling you know to have gas in the vehical to take children to school lunch money ect. so he gets a free pass though he has been deliquent. My question is is the attorney general going to forget about my lump sum because he started paying 300.00 payment I dont know how that part works.Any help or suggestions??Please

He shouldn't get a free pass. Usually if there is something as specific as a $6000 payment ordered there will be a compliance hearing scheduled after the due date. Non-compliance can mean jail time.
