what can I do if my attorney made an agreement to finalize a child support case without my consent. The papers are waiting to be signed by me, and at this point I am refusing to sign them. Thank you

Your lawyer made an agreement - not you - unless you sign the papers. If you are not in agreement with the documents and you cannot discuss this with the lawyer, hire a new lawyer.
