Attorney obligations

If my divorce attorney refuses to put my ex in contempt for breaking a COURT odrer, and her reason is she doesn't want the hassel!!! Is that legal as my attorney??

It's not "illegal", but it may be a reason to fire her as your attorney. She is hired to be your attorney, but that doesn't mean she can't choose the legal work she wants to do. If that does not meet with your approval, you can terminate her employment.
