should i get an attorney if spouse says she is filing adultery or is it ok to complete online divorce paperwork?

All the on-line kits I've seen are from companies outside of the State of Texas & none fulfill the Texas requirements. Most are junk! Of course, you get what you pay for.

Have you heard of the old saying " buyer beware" or "there is a fool born every minute" or any other "old" saying about separating a fool from his money???? Good luck getting your money back -- their "guarantees" are a "joke" from what the dissatisfied purchasers tell me.
