Aunt wants to adopt to-be nephew

I have an 18 yr old sister who is pregnant at the moment. We have had long talks about me adopting the child and raising it, as she's not ready to be a mother. What are the steps I need to take since the adoption will be a blood-relative?

This is a private adoption, and can be handled privately, by an attorney in your county. Termination and adoption has complicated lifelong, serious consequences, and should never be attempted without an experienced family lawyer.
