auto sale

my husband and i are getting a divorce, I filed my own paperwork, he purchased a vehicle for me under his name only, i need a form that indicates our ageement stating the vehicle is under his name but i will keep it and make all payments and he will sign over the title when vehicle is paid off.

You should include that information in the Agreed Final Decree of Divorce.
