Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was awarded my home in divorce. My ex husband and I financed the mortgage but he agreed that I could keep the house. I have since decided to move and rent it. He is upset with this and is saying that he can get the house back. Can he file a suit agaisnt me suing me for the house?

If it was awarded to you in the decree, it's none of his business what you do with it. You can sell it, loan it out, give it away, or tear it down.
