My son and his wife got a divorce and i was not aware of this. she went to court and was awarded the house and its contents but some of the stuff in the house i let them use and it belongs to me, can i file a small claims against her for these items? i also hve her on tape stating these things were mine and she was not giving them back. She called at least 100 times in one day and i have a whole answering machine tape full front and back of her harrasing me and making threats? can u tell me what actions i should take?

Making threats? File a complaint with the police to have her arrested for terroristic threats - a misdemeanor. Maybe then she will discuss this with you more reasonably.

The Court can't award her anything that didn't belong to the parties. Depending on the locale, sometimes you can get the sheriff or constable to accompany you to retrieve your belongings.
