It depends on a lot of things. You can file a motion to enforce the property division, you can seek a receivership to seize assets to pay the debt, you can get an abstract of judgment and a writ of execution and have the constable go to his house and seize all nonexempt property, sell it, and give you the proceeds. (NOTE: Texas is a debtor friendly state and most folks don't have much in the way of non-exempt assets.)

I would urge you to invest in a consultation with a good family law attorney. Bring your decree and any other supporting or explanatory paperwork that you have. The attorney will review it and give you advice on your rights and how to protect them based on the specific facts in your case.

Good luck!!
