Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Thank you for the Awesome answer I recieved from you.

My co-worker and I wanted to know in the State of Texas - if our child at the age of 12 years old refuses to go and spend time with their fathers because they don't like being with him. Does the child still have to go with their father?

Yes.

Now let me scare you and your co-worker. If the parent does not send the child, the parent can be (1) fined and/or (2) go to jail for not following the Judge's order to follow the court's order!

You need to read the Order signed by the Judge. The Judge is ordering both parties to do certain things. If you don't do the things order by the Judge, the Judge will not be happy. If you read the court order carefully, there are things the Judge can do to you - such as fines and being sent to jail for not following the Judge's orders.
