Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am going through an awful custody battle. Our temp orders state that I am prohibited from drinking alcohol. I made a mistake and drank. I did it in my home but on the balcony and he has a pi following me. Can I lose custody because of this? Also, is it legal for his pi to record me? I have many other things stacked against me.

You probably won't lose custody over one incident of violating your temporary orders.

I assume that you've paid a jury fee.
