Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My baby is an amercian born in the UNited States, my husband is a resident resident there, I get married in Texas and my baby born there. I separate from my husband because he was violent with me and bring my baby back to my countrie, what happen if I get divorce??? He would have the right to take my 18 month baby back to United States??? Or he have the right to visit my baby in my countrie

If you get divorced in your country and the laws of your country would determine his rights. You might have trouble getting back to your country with the baby, but if you can get there, the laws of that country would prevail.

Consult with an attorney in your country. Depending on how your country honors the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, the father might or might not have any rights once you get back home.
