Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

baby custody

I accidentally got pregnant by a 60 yr old man i'm 30 and he said he's going to take our baby away from me. Can he do that, how can I keep that from happening? He's obviously more financially secure he is twice my age, but I am perfectly fit to be a mother?

Ages aside, this is no different than any other contested paternity/custody matter. You should speak with a good family law attorney so you can be prepared.
