Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a baby from a divorced man with whom I am no longer involved. He is fighting his ex-wife for custody of their children. She called me and had 2 questions for me. "Was there a time when we were going to get married?" and "Does he see your baby?" I'm not sure how these questions are relevant. Now she wants to have lunch. I would like for our children to have a relationship. Should I go? How can it affect me and/or my baby?

His attorney should be claiming that his child support (to future ex wife) should be reduced because he has a duty to support the child he had with you. These questions may be related to that issue.

I don't see how the lunch would affect you and your child.
