Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

The father of my child isnt around and isnt supporting my child. He is not suppose to claim her on his taxes. How do I find out if he does? What do I do if he does? Thanks

You can take the exemption on your taxes. You are the one supporting the child. Let him explain to IRS how he takes an exemption if he is not supporting the child.
