Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am having a baby in march. Me and the baby's father are not married and will not be living together after the baby is born. He has epilepsy and I will be living 2 hours away because of his condition I am scared for him to keep her overnight especially when she is a baby and cannot take care of her self if he has a seizure. I dont know what I should do to prevent him from being able to have overnight weekend visits...what should I do? Also if I sign the acknowledgement of paternity does that automatically give him rights? If so should I not sign it?

You definately need to talk to an attorney. I charge $1 per minute to meet with you in person.

Generally, in Texas, the father would get to see the child frequently for short periods of time.

If you want more information, then you need to meet with me in person. This is not the proper forum to discuss such serious issues.
