Baby taken out of stat by father

Hello,

I allowed my baby's father to take her from Texas to Nebraska for a family visit to see his parents . I signed a paper saying he could.

Now hes making excuses and will not bring her back. I want to go get her, but what can i do or say to get my child back in case he refuses?

Are there any court orders in place that have been violated? Did you include a return date on the document? You need to hire a lawyer, because he could file in Nebraska, severely hampering your access and ability to get your child back.

How long ago did the child leave? You can file a writ or an attachment to get the child back, give us a call.
