babysitting laws

Can a 15 year old in a isolated area with no driving ability be able to watch 3 other kids younger than she...8 hours a day...5 days a week..no adult supervision..would a judge consider this unsafe...

As long as she has access to a telephone, it is probably fine. Each circumstance though, has to be judged on its own merit, including the maturity and history of the care giver.
