Back child support

I paid the full amount of back child support I owed over a year ago in Harris county. Now, the A.G. is fixing to take it out of my check because they hav not been notified. Who is responisiable to notify them???

You are. The Harris Co. District Clerk will provide you with a report of the status of your child support payments which you can show to the AG's office.
