I want my name back!

I divorced my wife over 12 years ago, i have asked her not to use my name, we have 2 children tht are 35 and 39, she got married 2 times after, i just discoverd that she is still useing my name, what do i do to get her to use her maidin name or one of her new husbands names please help me

do i have to get an other lawyer

There is nothing you can do. There is no legal avenue for one natural person to force another to change a name. You have no property rights to "your" name. Once legally changed, as through marriage, the name is hers to keep if she wishes.
