Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Back Support/Process Server?

I have an interstate Case open with Georgia, and a support order was created on 09/2. I received a copy of the order and notice that no back support was ordered for the last ten months. Also, his own fiance is the deputy who served him. And instead of listing their home address (the one they purchased when he stopped supporting his daughter) she listed his parents house. In my application I listed her as a link to his wherabouts. She didn't have the county stamp or anything on the form. Who should I contact in regards to these huge errors? What rights do I have in these matters?

Re: Back Support/Process Server?

I'm not sure i understand why they are "huge" errors. I doubt they had an effect on the child support order, but possibly. If you're a letter writer, start by writing the the GA AG, and the county sheriff where she works as a deputy. She might get disciplined. And they might revisit your case to get the 10 months arrears. Good Luck.
