Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

bad mom

my moms friend has her granchild in her posession because her daughter didn't know how 2 take care of him and besides that they found marijuana substance in the dads system. they are fightin for the childs custody. the social worker is having favoritism for the daughter and accusing the mom without evidence..what can my mom's friend do?

Your mom's friend needs a good lawyer. If there is proof of the favoritism, it can be established at the hearing.
